St Johns is a Rotorua Presbyterian Church

We believe in the authority of Gods revealed word given in the scriptures of the Old and New Testament. We believe that God intends to bring the whole created order back into its proper relationship with Him. We are part of that activity, as such;

‘We encourage a faith journey that leads people to confess together God as their heavenly Father, Jesus Christ as their Saviour and Lord, the Holy spirit as their helper and guide.’

St Johns has a range of ministries and activities dedicated to the above goal.

Our specific call to mission is guided by a number of Compass points;

• ‘To Promote and demonstrate responsible stewardship of God’s Creation.’
• ‘To be proactively involved in community facing ministries’
• To Accept a Rotorua Wide Vision of Mission
• To communicate the Gospel effectively.
• To provide a range of worship experiences and Spiritual growth opportunities.
